preparation | 3.875g(0.016mol) of 2,4-diamino -5-nitroso -6-hydroxypyrimidine with 36% water content is put into 200ml of stirred high-pressure reactor, 0.02g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is put into, 80ml of deionized water is added, stirred and dispersed to form suspension, then 0.3164g of palladium-carbon with a solid content of 34.29% (the mass ratio of palladium to carbon is 5: 95) is added, the temperature is raised to 40 ℃ under N2 protection, H2 is introduced, the H2 pressure is controlled to 2MPa, and the reaction ends after 5h.
